It was overwhelming to see the number of parents that turned up to the Sports Day events that were held on Wednesday and Friday. Both days were characterised by good natured support of the children and a positive atmosphere in general.

Both of the sporting celebrations were really successful and the children showed their obvious enjoyment. It was great to see how the children have already bonded in their three new house teams.

Water House were the victors on this occasion and were proud to hold up the trophy.

Well done to everyone that helped make this a success. Particular thanks to Mr Walters who has helped at all the Sports Days across the Lumen Learning Trust (he assures me that ours was ‘first rate’!) and Miss Moxon who managed the event with her usual enthusiasm.
